Christian Coulson was born on the 3rd October, 1978.  He attended Westminster School in London, then went on to read English at Cambridge University.  He graduated with a first class degree in 2000.  He is reportedly 5 foot 9 inches in height.

He has had many major roles since graduating, a lot of which I have seen and enjoyed.  He acted in "Love in a Cold Climate" in 2001, and he played Jolly Forsyte in the 2002 production of "The Forstye Saga."  Between these two he was in Weirdsister College.  However it was when he played Tom Riddle in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets," that he achieved worldwide fame.  (He got the part despite being 24 years old, much older than the 15-17 age range they asked for!) Since then he has been in the TV series' "Hornblower" and  in 2003 "Charles II: The Power and the Passion" in which he played James, Duke of Monmouth, the King's illegitimate son (I thought he was great in that).
